Eat Cheerios, Get Slim! Whoa!!!

Seems there is some research out there that says Cheerios goes after and attacks that flab that we all have in the tummy area. I’ve got flab all over so I don’t even know where my tummy is or where it is suppose to be but that is besides the point… Where was I? Right, researchers say that just two bowls of the Cheerio goodness can make your tummy go down 100% and help you to lose 25% body weight. One human in the article I read said that they lost seven pounds and four inches in the tummy. Wow! I really hope this diet works for me.

Enough of the boring stats how does this magical whole grain oat really work? Well, here goes… My diet plan goes like this…

  1. Try to follow a 1,500 calories per day count. This includes the two bowls of Cheerios and also two additional satisfying meals. Also, don’t forget to drink lots of water too.
  2. Exercise or walk for at least 30 to 60 minutes a day.
  3. Have two bowls of Cheerios a day.

Why Cheerios? I guess any oat fiber would do but I’m partial to Cheerios. Fiber oats stabilizes blood sugar which reduces the hormones that store fat. Also, this fiber oat might create a new hormone that acts to block tummy fat from ever forming. Yeah! Hey, the way I see it, what do you have to lose? If you don’t lose the weight then at least you will be lowering your cholesterol.

I feel so smart! Thank you Woman’s World! Ok, the magazine was actually bought by my sister Oatmeal but I swiped it. I’m glad I did too because I might just be jumping up and down soon without losing my breath. And this dear readers… Has to be a good thing… Right?
